Information we collect

Anonymous play

Your game progress, preferences, and little finds may be saved in your browser’s local storage. This information stays on that device unless you later sign in and choose to sync it.

Optional accounts and cloud saves

If you create an account, we may receive your email address, display name, authentication provider, and a secure account identifier. Supabase provides our account and authentication services and handles password authentication. We do not see your password. We store the progress, settings, and saved collection associated with your account so they can follow you between signed-in devices.

Purchases

Stripe processes payments. We receive limited purchase information such as your Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, subscription status, purchased plan, and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Messages and technical information

We use Resend and our authentication provider for essential verification, password reset, purchase, and account messages. Our hosting, security, and service providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, request timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

How we use and share information

We use information to provide accounts, cloud saves, paid features, essential messages, security, support, and service improvements, and to meet legal obligations. We share it only as needed with service providers acting on our behalf, including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, and related infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business transfer.

Cookies, local storage, and photos

We use cookies or similar browser storage necessary for sign-in, security, local saves, and preferences. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. A photo selected for personalization stays in the active browser session or on your device in the current version and is not added to your cloud save.

Retention and your choices

Device saves remain until you clear them or your browser data. Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service, security, accounting, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. You may ask to access, correct, or delete account information by emailing us. You can also play anonymously, sign out, clear the device save from Settings, or cancel a paid plan from your account.

Children, security, and international processing

Hush & Play is a general-audience service. Children under 13 may not create an account, make a purchase, or submit personal information. They may use anonymous play with a parent or guardian’s supervision. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Using Hush & Play

You may play the free games without an account. You must be at least 13 to create an account. You must be at least 18, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

Use the service only for personal, non-commercial play and in a lawful way. Do not interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s account, scrape or copy substantial parts of the collection, reverse engineer protected portions, or use the service to harm others.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and contact us promptly if you believe your account or payment has been used without permission. Accounts are optional for play but required to sync progress and paid access between devices.

Free and paid access

The free plan includes the core games and device saves. Optional plans unlock the premium features described at purchase.

Monthly · $4.99 per month

The Monthly plan costs $4.99 per month, plus applicable tax. It renews automatically each month using your saved payment method until you cancel. There is no free trial unless an offer expressly says otherwise.

Lifetime · $39.99 once

The Lifetime plan is a one-time $39.99 payment, plus applicable tax. “Lifetime” means premium access for the operational life of the Hush & Play service. It does not promise that the service, every game, or every feature will remain available forever.

Prices and features may change. Recurring price changes will be communicated in advance when required and apply only as disclosed.

Cancellation, refunds, and delivery

You can cancel Monthly at any time from your account’s plan-management page. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves paid access active through the current billing period. See Refunds & Cancellations below for refund eligibility. Paid access is delivered digitally after payment confirmation; no physical product is shipped.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of photos you choose for personalization and give us the limited permission needed to process and display them in the requested experience. You are responsible for having the right to use them. Hush & Play’s games, artwork, interface, code, brand, and service content belong to Roseleaf Pixels or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.

Availability, disclaimers, and responsibility

We may add, change, pause, or remove games and features, perform maintenance, or discontinue the service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hush & Play is provided “as is” and “as available.” Roseleaf Pixels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for a claim related to paid access will not exceed the amount you paid Hush & Play during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Monthly renewals

Monthly renewals are normally non-refundable and are not prorated. We will review refunds required by applicable law and charges that are duplicated or unauthorized. If something went wrong, contact us promptly and we will take a fair look.

How to cancel

Sign in, open your account, and choose manage plan. Cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next charge. Paid features normally remain available through the end of the current billing period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@hushandplay.com from the email used for the purchase. Include the plan, approximate purchase date, and a transaction or receipt reference if available. Never send your password or full card number. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; timing depends on Stripe, the payment method, and your bank. Paid access may end when the refund is issued.

Digital delivery and legal rights

Plans are digital services delivered after payment confirmation, with no physical shipping or delivery charge. Some payment methods take additional time to confirm. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot be limited under the law where you live.
